How do I manage my account?
Your account and profile can be accessed from your dashboard. You can also edit your account settings here at any time. When you registered, you also received a welcome email indicating your username and password (if applicable).
What if I've forgotten my password/username?
If you need to reset your password to access your account, you can reset your password by clicking here. Your username will also be included in the reset email you receive.
How do I change my account username?
We no longer offer this option, so pick your username carefully.
How do I edit my profile?
To change the name of your MochiGames account, add a profile picture or update your email address you can go to "My Accounts." Remember to save your changes.
How do I delete my account?
MochiGames doesn't delete accounts, but we are happy to deactivate the account for you. You can deactivate your account by clicking "Close My Account" on the right hand side of your "My Accounts" page.
How do I reactivate a closed account?
If you've deactivated your account, but would like to re-open it to continue playing games please contact support@mochigames.com and provide your username, and the email address associated with the closed account.
MochiCoins
Where can I use my MochiCoins?
MochiCoins can be used in any Premium Flash Game available on MochiGames.com or across the web. When you see the MochiGames symbol on the game's menu screen, that game will allow you to spend MochiCoins for bonus features. You can view a list of Premium Flash Games on your dashboard.
I purchased MochiCoins, or completed a free offer, where are they?
If you've purchased MochiCoins via mobile phone:
Please contact Zong to investigate the status of a MochiCoins purchase via mobile. You can directly contact the payment provider (Zong) here: http://www.zong.com/help/contact-us
If you've purchased MochiCoins via PayPal or credit card:
Depending on the time of day coins are purchased it can take up to about 2 hours to receive coins. It's typically faster though. If you've purchased coins, and received a confirmation email for your purchase but are still not seeing the coins in your account please contact: support@mochimedia.com
and include: your username, and attach the payment confirmation email you received.
If you've completed a free offer for MochiCoins:
You can check the status of your offers by going to https://www.mochigames.com/buycoins/ then click on the "Free - Complete Offers" option. Then click on the "Offer Status" button. If the time has elapsed and you haven't been awarded coins for the offer you completed you can click the "?" icon next to the offer to file an inquiry.
If you're experiencing any issues with receiving your coins for a free offer, please make sure to create a support request through the offer status page
before emailing email Gambit directly.
The offers/tasks provider Gambit is working on adding Tasks to the offer status page, but in the meantime you can email gambithelp@getgambit.com with information about the task and they can help you get your coins.
How do I access my purchased items?
Your items will be available anytime you play a game that you purchased items in, and you are logged into your MochiGames account. When the game loads, look for the MochiGames login widget on the menu screen and make sure your username is displayed. If it is not, then click the ’login’ button and follow the on screen instructions. Once you log in, your items should be available in the game. You can view a list of all the games you've purchased on your My Games page.
Can I purchase MochiCoins as a gift?
We are no longer offering Gift Card purchases.
Playing Games
How do I add a game to my favorites?
When you're logged in and playing a game on MochiGames, there is an 'Add to Favorites' button at the top of the game play page. Click this button and it will save the game to your favorites. Access your favorites from your dashboard.
What are PlayerPoints?
PlayerPoints are a way to show anyone and everyone just how much you love flash games. As you play more games, earn higher scores, and earn more achievements, your score will climb higher and higher. You can compare your PlayerPoints with your friends to see who’s the best, at My Friends.
How do I score a medal?
You can receive bronze, silver and gold medals by achieving high scores in certain games. Find games which have medals in them by looking for the trophy icon on their thumbnail. On the game play page, you'll be able to see the score to earn each medal level.
What happens when I unlock the blue bar?
When you first visit MochiGames, there is a blue bar at the top of the page with fun activities to complete while you're on the website. When you unlock the bar, you'll receive a special badge next to your name. In the future we plan on adding some great rewards for spending time on MochiGames!
What happened to my XP Bar?
After level 10 the XP Bar will disappear. Currently there are only 10 Levels, but be patient, the MochiGames team is working on new and exciting awards and achievements that will be added soon.
I log into MochiGames but when playing games I'm not recognized as being logged in. What do I do?
You should make sure that you: * Have the latest Flash plugin installed http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ * Are not running any ad blocking software * Have JavaScript enabled. If you are using an extension such as NoScript you will need to whitelist www.mochigames.com and allow third party scripts. (If you don't know what this is, you're probably fine.) * Have not edited your HOSTS file to block any mochi domain (mochibot.com, mochiads.com, mochigames.com or any subdomain thereof) * Have run Windows Update recently and installed the latest fixes, or have updated the operating system you use * Have updated the browser you use. (ie- Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
How do I link/unlink my iphone to my Kingdoms at War account, or link my online Kingdoms at War account to an iphone account?
Please direct your support questions to the developers of Kingdoms at War. You can currently contact them at: support@athinkingape.com. They will be able to help you link your iphone account to your PC, or update which phone your account is associated with.
The XP Bar
What is the XP Bar?
The XP bar is the MochiGames leveling system. You can earn free game items when you level up.
How do I level up?
You level up by earning XP (experience points).
How do I earn XP?
You earn 5 XP for playing game and 10 XP for achieving medals in games with leaderboards.
How do I get free game items?
You can earn free game items when you level up. These items can be used for one game session only.
How do I claim or find a reward?
Click on the dropdown from the XP bar or visit your rewards page in Your Dashboard.
